At Eternal Victory Clothing, all items are made individually to order to ensure the best quality for your products. Please understand, that it will take 3-7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
When order is shipped it will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Making products individually helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Please note: Eternal Victory Clothing is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages during shipping. If an issue occurs, we recommend to contact the carrier office directly to resolve the problem.

REFUND POLICY:
We at Eternal Victory Clothing want you to be totally happy and satisfied with your purchase! Our commitment is to offer made-to-order products with high-quality for everyone. Please take a time to read our policy below for information on returns, exchanges and refunds.
Exchanges:
If you have received wrong size or you are not happy with your product, please contact us as soon as possibe (withing 7 days of delivery) Products must be unworn, unused and in new condition to be accepted for an exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the right size / new product.
Returns and Refunds:
Because all our products are individually made-to-order, the purchases you have made are considered final. We dont do refunds, so please be sure before you make a purchase. Remember to double check everything you are ordering has correct sizes / colours and that your shipping address is right.
But if you sadly received damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible ( withing 7 days of delivery) with detailed pictures of the problem, so we can help you as good as possible.
